After the blue flash had disappeared, Strong Bad blinked his eyes and realizes that he, Kat, and Dusty were at another time and Christmas. But what surprised him was that he was standing near a building, a very familiar building.
As he and the ghosts headed closer, Mimi/Marie and the gang were at a nearby lamppost via ladder.
"A moment later, Strong Bad found himself standing on a city street, looking at a building he had not seen in somewhat years'." Mimi said to the "audience". Strong Bad looked amazed as he looked at the building, resulting in Kat asking, "So, you know this building, right?"
"Know it? My first job was there! This is Etno Felis's Cartoon Crossover Club!"
"'Once again, it was Christmas Eve. Night was falling and the lamplighters was plying their trade'." narrated Mimi as he looked on.
Jun herself was lighting the lamp but she wasn't watching what she was doing and ended up getting the fire near Daxter's tail. Daxter sniffed something and yelled as he spotted his tail on fire.
"Hey, hey, hey, hey! Light the lamp, not the ottsel! Light the lamp, not the ottsel!" yelped Daxter as he screamed. "What are you doing?"
"Oops! Sorry!" yelped Jun in shock as she looked at Daxter screaming, his tail on fire.
"Put me out, put me out, put me out, put me out, put me out!"
Mimi looks around quickly for something to douse Daxter's tail. She saw a pool of water below them and yelled out, "Daxter!"
"What?" yelled Daxter.
Mimi quickly pushed Mimi causing him to scream as he fell into the water, putting the fire out. He came out later, shivering because the water was very cold.
"T-t-thank you." shivered Daxter looking up.
"You're welcome." said Mimi with a smile.
Daxter shivered as he went under again.
"That's for poking me with needles off of heights!" shouted Timmy.
As Strong Bad looked around, he saw a man coming out of the factory. He was a alien man with Purple skin, gray hair and eyes,are Red and Red nose and glasses. He wears a red waistcoat underneath his white blouse, brown pants, a white collar and red shoes. He was Etno polino (Space Goofs).
"There he is! It's Etno polino!" gasped Strong Bad as he pointed at him.
"Hey look, everyone! The dusk has fallen and the lamplighters are at work! This is Christmas Eve alright!" chuckled Etno with a smile.
Strong Bad smirked. "Wow, what an employer he was. He was as hard and as ruthless as a rose petal!"
"Really?" Kat chuckled with a smile.
"Come on! It's time to get this party started!" cheered Etno polino as he went back in.
"It's Etno polino's Christmas Party!" Strong Bad said excited.
As Strong Bad, Kat and Dusty went in, Mimi and the gang was back on the ground trying to get Daxter out of the bucket of water he fell into.
"Come on, Daxter." said Homesilvis while she had a stick in there trying to reach Daxter.
"Daxter, just grab onto the stick." sighed Mimi in annoyance.

Inside, everyone was excited as they spread their cheer and had fun.
"Hey, excuse me? Can I have everyone's attention please?" yelled Etno Polino, trying to get the crowd's attention. Mimi's group came in, Toro carrying an iced Daxter. Then, a girl named Trixie Tang, who walked by, caught Timmy's eye. "Whoa!" he said until Mimi snapped him out of it.
"Alright." With that, Bassy girl made a single karate chop and cracked the frozen Daxter with it, freeing the ottsel boy.
The Daxter got up, shivering and frowning. "I suppose I should be thankful for that!"
"You're welcome." said Boxxy boy, smiling.
"Can I have your attention for a moment?" yelled Etno Polino more loudly, with his face as a frown. But once more, no one play him any attention.
mimirin heard some laughing and looked up. He saw to familiar figures, a bear and a rabbit laughing while standing on the second floor. He recognized them quickly.
"Hey, it's Monobear and Usami! My old business partners as they were as lads." Strong Bad said amazed.
"Can I have your attention, please?" pleaded Etno Polino once more but again no one was listening.
Nearby, a fat girl named Sheila Broflovski from South Park came by. She looked and frowned. She decided to help Etno Polino out a bit.
"QUIET!" yelled Sheila very loudly, causing everyone, especially Monobear and Usami, to quiet down suddenly. Sheila Broflovski smiled as she said, "Thank you."
"Thanks, Sheila" said Mayor, as his face went back to a smile. After clearing his throat, he said, "Welcome to the Etno Polino's Cartoon Crossover Club's Annual Christmas Party! At this time in the proceedings, I will begin the tradition of having me making a little speech."
"And it is a tradition of taking a little nap!" laughed Monobear. Usami laughed along with him.
Etno Polino rolled his eyes as he said, "Ah, ignore them. They are creeps. Now then, my speech," Mayor took out a piece of paper. "Okay, my Christmas speech." He then read from it. "'Thank you all and Merry Christmas'."
He put his paper down, meaning he was done. This caused Monobear and Ms. Usami to look at each other, dumbstruck and silent.
Monobear finally yelled out, "That was your speech?"
"It was dumd!" snapped Usami.
"It was obvious!"
"It was pointless!"
"It was..." Monobear stopped as he realized something, "short?"
The two looked at each other. Then they said at once, "I LOVED IT!"
They both laughed.
A girl with the oversized pink cowboy hat laughed near Etno Polino. It was a girlfriend of his, Mimi Tachikawa. "Never mind the speeches! Time to dance!"
"Okay, here's my girlfriend, Mimi Tachikawa, to start the party! Way to go, Mimi!" cheered Etno Polino.
"Hit it guys!" said Mimi Tachikawa to a band of rock stars hired to perform for the party.
The rock stars started a classical song, getting the party started. Of course, Sheila was getting a bit bored with it.
Daxter saw a buffet nearby where a French cook was working. "Bassy girl, there's a buffet! I'm kinda hungry!"
As Daxter, Boxxy boy and Bassy girl got near, the chef began to sing in french.
He removed the covers off of lids, revealing Sapphie, Art and Himespetchi (as fairies) singing, "Fa la la la la la la la!"
Daxter groaned as he walked away, "Forget it! Teruteru Hanamura always taught me never to eat singing food!"
"Or any parodies of singing food anyway." observed Bassy girl.
In another part of a room, Strong Bad spotted a familiar strong bad coming in looking over some paperwork. He was astounded. It was himself working at Etno Polino's office. As he passed some people dancing, he saw Etno Polino and went up to him.
"Hey, good to have you at this party," Etno Polino said to a guest. "Enjoy yourself!"
"Hey, Etno!" said the young Strong Bad, getting Etno Polino's attention. As Strong Bad (the old one) watched, Strong Bad showed Etno Polino's the paperwork, "I have been checking this and done the math. You are spending a lot on this party!"
Etno Polino laughed as he brushed the paperwork aside, "Oh, forget the paperwork, Strong Bad! It's Christmas, it's the time for generosity! Just stop working and have some fun!" He then brushed Strong Bad away. "Go on. Have some fun and meet some people."
Strong Bad hesitated but he shrugged and walked away as Etno Polino goes to meet some people.
Meanwhile with the band, Sheila Broflovski had had have enough and began pounding the drum very loudly, yelling and making noises, getting the others' attention.
"Well, Sheila got the idea." chuckled a rock star in amusement.
Soon the band began to play wildly. The guests liked this and happily danced.
Up on the second floor, Usami watched in amusement as Monobear danced like a girl.
"You dancing fool! Woo-hoo!" laughed Usami. Monobear laughed at this.
In the band, Sweety Bancha played the piano merrily with all her might.
"Go for it, Sweety!" cheered the other musicians happily.In the crowd, Etno Polino was showing a girl around. She was a beautiful little girl rabbit and she wears a red or pink hood that also covers her ears Flower- shaped white colored harclip. She also wears a long dark pink and violet dress similar to the Disney princesses with details in darker violet. Her name was My Melody. "Man, I love these cool parties! In fact, I think we should do them twice a year. What do you think?" Etno Polino asked Melody excited. Before the girl could respond, Strong Bad walked by and accidentally bumped into her. "Hey, watch where..." Strong Bad was cut short as he saw My Melody and looked at her astounded. Melody looked back smiling.
"Oh, hello, Strong Bad!" said Etno Polino noticing him.
Strong Bad looked at Melody and smiled, "Oh, excuse me."
"Melody, I'd liked to introduce you to Senor Cardgage, one of the best financial minds in Toon Town. Strong Bad, this is My Melody, a friend of the family." Etno Polino said introducing the two.
"Please to meet you, Strong Bad." My Melody said, smiling.
"Call me Senor Cardgage," Strong Bad said as he smiled back then kissed her hand.
"Perfect! You two have finally met! This is great." Etno Polino said smiling.
Strong Bad, the present one, watched this was bit stunned. And for a good reason. Standing before his past self was a girl he hadn't seen in years. A girl whom he hadn't seen for a very good reason. He got a sad look on his face now.
"So, you remember this meeting?" asked Kat noting the sad look.
"Remember?" asked Strong Bad. He sighed sadly. "Yes, I remember." Tears shredded in his eyes.
Kat then looked sad as she said "There was of coarse another Christmas Eve with My Melody some years later".
Strong Bad looked troubled. "No, please don't make me relive that Christmas."
Kat sighed sadly. then snapped her fingers, generating pink sparks.

Within seconds, old Strong Bad, Kat, Dusty, and the narrating group, after being surrounded with blue light again, found themselves in a snow covered park three years later. At first, Strong Bad heard nothing, but then he turned and looked sad. He saw his young self sitting on a bench with Melody. He knew what they were talking about...and it still haunted him to the present.
"It is going to be another year before our wedding, Senor Cardgage?" asked Melody, sighing sadly.
"Well it can't be helped Melody" Young Strong Bad sighed sadly. "How could we marry now. We don't even have enough for a decent home. The investments haven't grown as they should".
Melody groaned. "You say that every year."
"Well, business continues to be poor."
"You're a partner in your own firm now. That is no excuse."
Young Strong Bad groaned as he and Melody stood up. "Yet, it is barely clearing expenses."
"You said so yourself that the partnership was the goal." Melody pointed out.
"But this isn't about me, this is about you. I love you, Melody".
Melody looked sadly at the one she loved since they first met. "You did once." She sighed, Melody then began to sing.
Melody: There was a time when I was sure That you and I were truly one That our future was forever And would never come undone And we came so close to being close And Though you cared for me There's distance in your eyes tonight So we're not meant to be The love is gone, the love is gone The sweetest dream that we have ever known The love is gone, the love is gone I wish you well, but I must leave you now, alone There comes a moment in your life Like a window, and you see Your future there before you And how perfect life can be But adventure calls with unknown voices Pulling you away Be careful or you may regret The choice you make someday
Young Stong Bad then left Melody alone. Old Strong Bad watched himself leave, and then sighed as he stood next to Melody who was still singing.

Tears in his eyes, old Strong Bad began to sing along with the one he once loved.
Melody and Old Strong Bad: It was almost love It was almost always It was like a fairy tale we'd live out, you and I And yes, some dreams come true And yes, some dreams fall through Melody: And yes, the time has come for us to say goodbye Yes, some dreams come true And yes, some dreams fall through Yes, the time has come for us to say goodbye
Melody turned and saw that young Strong B had since left. She began to cry once more and walk off, out of Srong Bad's life until he'll change or some miracle to happen. Nearby, the group of narrators watched this display in sadness (except Mimi, Tizzy Doody, Amy, Jewel, Yumemitchi and Bassy Girl), Homesilvis, Toro, Jun, Ricky, Pierre, R. Suzuki, Clank, Boxxy Boy, Timmy and even Daxter starting to cry. "Oh-ho-ho-ho! That is so sad!" sobbed Pierre. "Oh, how could he do that?" cried Timmy. "Even sadder than losing a love one to the scrap yards!" sniffed Kiraritchi. "How sad, he valued his money and greed over his love, his one and only, and he's now realizing his mistake? I confess that how sad. . . poor Strong Bad. . ." Daxter admitted sadly with tears in his eyes. "Aw, guys." sighed Mimi, Amy, Jewel, Yumemitchi as she and Bassy Girl with Tizzy and Doody comforted their loved ones. As, Melody walked away, Strong Bad then turned to Kat exclaiming, "Kat! Show me no more! Why do you delighted torturing me?" "I told you, these were the shadows that have been, Strong Bad! That they are what they are, do not blame me" Kat said angrily. "Leave me!" yelled Strong Bad. Kat then snapped their fingers and both disappeared in blue sparkling dust, leaving Stong Bad to sit down crying to himself, over the fact that he had lost the girl he wanted to be with...forever. ________________________________________
Later, Strong Bad found himself back in his room as if he had never left. As he looked around, he sighed sadly and tried to get back to sleep.
"Who am I Kidding? They're right! I've got no one else to blame, but myself!" Strong Bad thought to himself.
Outside on the ledge, Mimi was narrating while her friends were sleeping a bit, "'Strong Bad was left alone and exhausted in his bedchamber, and thus he remained until nearby clock began to strike the hour'."
Sure enough, a clock nearby began making noises, waking the others up.
"Huh?" said Homesilvis as She yawned.
"What time is it?" asked Yumemitchi.
Mimi looked at her watch as she spoke. "Two o'clock in the morning."
"Oh, too early for breakfast?" asked Daxter.
"Yep".
"Good! Suppertime!" laughed Daxter as he got a sandwich out.
Inside the bedchamber, the clock was striking two. Strong Bad stood up and saw this. He began to look around.
"'Strong Bad knew that the second of the ghosts was due to appear. Yet now, as the clock finished striking...'" began Mimi.
"Eh. No one. He must be a no-show." Said Strong Bad in conclusion after the ghost had failed to appear.
At least, he thought so until a nearby room begins to glow with green light!
