Mimi and friend's Christmas Carol part 3

Somewhere in a dark alley lied some buildings. It was so dark and spooky that no one would dream of living here. No one but those who did live there that is.
And before one of those residents returned home, Mimi (Marie), Tizzy, Doody, Amy, Jewel,Yumemitchi, Kiraritchi, Daxter, Homesilvis, Timmy, Toro, Jun, Rickey, Pierre ,Boxxy Boy, Bassy Girl and Clank pulled in on a carriage.
"Strong Bad lived in chambers which had once belonged to his business partners: Monobear and Usami'." narrated Mimi
"Want some cookies?" asked Daxter as he offered a cookie to Mimi.
"Not while I'm working, Daxter."
"I'll have some." answered Bassy Girl.
"Whoa!" said Homesilvis as she stopped the horses, plus stopping the carriage.
"If you want." said Daxter with a shrug as he chowed down on some cookies while Bassy Girl is eating a cookie slowly.
"What's next, Miss Mimi?" Jewel asked Mimi.
Mimi cleared her throat as she continued speaking to the "audience", "'The building was a dismal heap of brick on a dark street. Now, once again, I must ask you to remember that both bear and rabbit were dead and decaying in their graves."
"Yuck." Jewel said sticking her tongue out. As she did, Strong Bad arrived and approached his home.
"That is one thing you got to know or nothing that happens next will seem wondrous." Mimi said in whispers now.

"Uh, what's with the whispering?" asked Bassy Girl in a whisper as well.
"It's for dramatic emphasis." answered Mimi quietly.
"what do know that is.." said Pierre would Worries
"Oh, I get it." said Clank, not quite sure what he meant.
As MimiTizzy, Doody, Amy, Jewel,Yumemitchi, Kiraritchi, Daxter, Homesilvis, Timmy, Toro, Boxxy Boy, Bassy Girl and Clank watched, Strong Bad looked around and frowned. He then headed straight to the door, getting his keys. As he did, he noticed something odd was happening. For some unknown reason, the doorknocker was beginning to transform. Strong Bad looked puzzled and suddenly, his eyes widened and the monocle fell straight off of his right eye and left hanging as the doorknocker transformed into a bear with s face splits equally down the center into two sides. It resembles the Yin-Yang symbol of which there's a balance between good and bad head, a  classic teddy bear expression. His left side shows a more sinister look. It's black in color and has a red slash for an eye and an evil. This head was familiar to Strong Bad and for good reason.
"Monobear?!" asked Strong Bad in disbelief.
"STRONG BAAAAAAAD!" yelled Monobear in a ghostly manner scaring Strong Bad knocking him back.
The screaming had frighten the horses making them back up and causing Mimi, Tizzy, Doody, Amy, Jewel,Yumemitchi, Kiraritchi, Daxter, Homesilvis, Timmy, Toro, Boxxy Boy, Bassy Girl and Clank to scream and fall out of the carriage. As the horses run off with the carriage, the thirteen landed in the snow. Tizzy, Doody, Amy, Jewel,Yumemitchi, Kiraritchi, Daxter, Homesilvis, Timmy, Toro, Boxxy Boy, Bassy Girl and Clank recovered.

"What just happened?" asked Homesilvis with a groan.
The others shook their heads in 'Not me', 'No way', etc. As the guys stood up, Boxxy Boy turned and gasped when she saw Mimi lying in the snow, not moving.
"Mimi" Ricky said worriedly as she ran over to Mimi and tired to wake her up. "Mimi, Marie, c'mon! Are you okay?"
Strong Bad got back up himself and looked at the doorknob a bit closer. Monobear's face had disappeared. As he put his monocle back in place, he waited. Sure enough, nothing happened again.
"Humbug." grumbled Strong Bad annoyed. He then unlock the door, open it, and went inside.
Tizzy, Doody, Amy, Jewel,Yumemitchi, Kiraritchi, Daxter, Homesilvis, Timmy, Toro, Boxxy Boy and Bassy Girl joined Toro in an attempt to wake Mimi AKA Marie up.
"Mimi! Speak to me, girl!" yelled Daxter. Realizing what he had just said, he corrected himself. "I mean, Miss Chan Girl, Mimi, Are you hurt?"
Suddenly Mimi stood back up, much to the others' happiness and surprise. To their further surprise, she continued narrating as if nothing had happened.
"'To say Strong Bad was not startled would be untrue. Still, the moment has passed and the world was as it should be'." narrated Mimi.
"She isn't hurt. She didn't break her concentration." Homesilvis said in amazement.
"Hmm?" asked Mimi turning to Homesilvis.
"Nothing."
Inside Strong Bad's home, Strong Bad took out a candle and lit it. Since he didn't bother to pay for electricity, and never wanted to, this was the best source of light he could get.
Outside, Mimi, Tizzy, Doody, Amy, Jewel,Yumemitchi, Kiraritchi, Daxter, Homesilvis, Timmy, Toro, Boxxy Boy, Bassy Girl and Clank walked up to the building. Mimi and Bassy Girl turned and noticed Daxter was digging through the snow, using his hands.
"Come on, Daxter," Said Bassy Girl. "We'll follow Strong Bad in."
"In a minute, I have a bag of jellybeans over here." Daxter explained.
"Will you just get over here?" yelled Mimi impatiently.
Daxter sighed irritably. "All right."
Daxter got up and followed his friends. Before they could go in, the door was slammed right on Homesilvisr's face, making him yelp and groan.
Daxter guffawed at this. Although, he, Tizzy, Doody, Amy, Jewel,Yumemitchi, Kiraritchi, Daxter, Homesilvis, Timmy, Toro, Boxxy Boy, Bassy Girl and Clank still helped Homesilvis from the door. "c'mon."
Mimi sighed as she continued to narrated, "'Strong Bad made his way up the staircase, caring not a button for the darkness. Darkness was cheap but Strong Bad liked it."
As Mimi continued to narrated, Strong Bad walked up the dark stairway, still shaken about what happened earlier. "'But the incident at the door has made Strong Bad wary. Before he shut himself in for the night, he searched his rooms'."
"Okay, that does it!"
Outside, Mimi stopped narrating as an annoyed Daxter interrupted things.
"Pardon?" asked Mimi, annoyed.
"This! How does Mimi know what Strong Bad is doing?" demanded Daxter as he pointed to one of the upstairs windows. "We're outside and he's up there!"
"I keep telling you, Daxter. Storytellers are omniscient! I know everything!" insisted Mimi/Marie.
"She's right." Yumemitchi said nodding.
"Hoity-toity, Missy Godlike Smarty-pants," Daxter snapped, rolling his eyes.
Mimi groaned, then she continued speaking to the "audience", "'To conduct a proper search, Strong Bad was forced to light the lamps'."
As he said this, a light in one of the windows appeared, meaning Strong Bad had turned the lamps on like Mimi had predicted. Daxter looked shocked and confused as that happened.
"How does she do that," Daxter asked Boxxy Boy who just shrugged.
Inside Strong Bad's bedroom, the count blew out the lamp, then went into the room which lights he had turned on. He looked around, hoping he was not followed by anyone or anything. He was nervous and this wasn't the first time in ages. He held out his cane looking very cautious. Just then he felt something near him. Suddenly he yelled as he grabbed what it was, threw it to the floor, and beated it with the cane. After he stopped, he looked at it and gasped.
"Oh, it's my best dressing robe." groaned Strong Bad as he picked his robe up. He checked it and sighed in relief. "Well, no harm done."
Later, he sat in front of the fireplace, eating dinner. He sighed. He never liked eating alone but what choice did he have? He was the only person in the building and no one bothered to come visit him. Maybe it was best that no one never did. As he was eating, he heard the bell ringing.
"What in the world?" Strong Bad asked puzzled as he looked at the bell. He turned, not expecting a visitor. Assuming he had just imagined it he went back to eating. But then the bell rang again very rapidly. Strong Bad was frightened now. "What is going on here?"
Soon the bell stopped ringing. As Strong Bad looked on, he noticed that the fire was mysteriously dimmed out. Soon the whole room was going black. Strong Bad was getting nervous as he stayed where he was. Suddenly he heard noises coming from the nearby staircase. He gulped and turned to the direction of it.
'What is it?' thought Strong Bad knowing that it wasn't good.
Suddenly he jumped back as two figures in chains appeared flying out of nowhere screaming, "Whoa!"
Strong Bad looked at them. One of the figures had black hair flowing down to his shoulders, had sinister looking black eyes and was wearing a The other was in a Black suit uniform with a face and body splits equally down the center into two sides. It resembles the Yin-Yang symbol of which there's a balance between good and bad. he saw in the doorknocker before. The other figure was a rabbit with her magical staff and leaving her powerless, Pink and white split body two sides, a red dress with yellow bow and a white belt. They both had many heavy chains and shackles wrapped around them. Both of them look very eerily familiar to the Strong Bad.
The two turned upon seeing Strong Bad. The rabbit chuckled as she said, "Woo-hoo! Look! It is Strong Bad himself!"
Strong Bad looked alarmed as he tried to hide himself with his cape.
"Still looking young, but more wicked than ever, I see." said the bear with a smirk.
"I knew he would not let us down! Woo-hoo!" agreed the rabbit as he laughed with the other figure.
Strong Bad gulped in concern as he said, "Who are you?"
"Well, who do you think we were? In life, we were your partners, Monobear..." began the bear.
"...and Usami!" concluded the rabbit.
Strong Bad looked shocked. The figures looked like his partners who were dead for somewhat a long time! Yet...
"It looks like you… But I don't believe it!" protested Strong Bad.
"You are doubting your senses, Strong Bad!" Monobear mocked.
"Because a little thing can affect them." explained Strong Bad as he stood up. "A slight disorder of the stomach can make them cheat. You may be a bit of undigested beef, a blob of mustard, a crumb of cheese." The ghosts chuckled as Strong Bad said this. "Yes, there's more of gravy than of grave about you two!"
The two ghosts looked at each other and laughed.
"'More of gravy than of grave'?" asked Ms. Usami in disbelief as he and Monobear floated over.
"What a terrible pun! Where did you get those jokes?" asked Monobear.
"Leave comedy to real comedians like DailyBunny, thegreatgame or questionableadvice. Woo-hoo!" Ms. Usami laughed
"Please, Monobear, Usami, don't criticize me!" pleaded Strong Bad, then he added angrily, "You two always criticize me!"
"Ah, we were always heckling you." said Usami with a smirk.
"It's good to be heckling again!" agreed Monobear.
"It's good to be doing anything again!"
The two ghosts laughed making Strong Bad gulp some more.
"Why did you come to me?" demanded Strong Bad nervously.
As the two ghosts nodded, they began to sing.

Monobear & Usami: We're Monobear and Usami
Avarice and greedy
Monobear: We took advantage of the poor
Just ignored the needy
Monobear & Usami: We specialized in causing pain
Spreading fear and doubt
Usami: And if you could not pay the rent
We simply threw you out

Usami made a kick as he said "out", making Monobear laugh a bit.
"I got to say, I remember when I helped you threw out the bean bloods!" chuckled Usami.
"Yeah. I remembered the little tike brats standing in the snowbank as we left." Monobear agreed, smirking.
"With their little frostbitten teddy bears!"
The two laughed to their amusement, then they groaned.

Monobear & Usami: We're Monobear and Usami
Our hearts were painted black
Monobear: (groaning) We should've known our evil deeds
Would put us both in shackles
Monobear & Usami: Captive bound, we're double-ironed
Exhausted by the weight
Monobear: As freedom comes from giving love

As Usami sang next, the chains rose up randomly.

Usami: So prison comes with hate
Monobear & Usami: We're Monobear and Usami, ooh
We're Monobear and Usami, ooh

Strong Bad yelped as he said, "Oh come on, guys! You were not unfeeling toward your fellow stuff animals!"
"True. There was something about mankind we love." said Monobear nodding.
"I think it was their money!" remarked Usami.
Suddenly chains wrapped around Strong Bad, freaking him out pulling him towards his two partners as they continued.

Monobear & Usami: Doomed, Strong B
You're doomed for all time
Usami: Your future is a horror story written by your crime
Monobear & Usami: Your chains are forged by what you say and do

When they said the last part, boxes with chains appeared and began singing next around the two ghosts.

Boxes: So have your fun when life is done
A nightmare waits for you

Strong Bad screamed in fear as he got himself free of the chains.
"What's with these chains anyway?" demanded Strong Bad more frightened.
"Oh!" groaned the ghosts as the chains pulled them back.
"The chains!" groaned Usami.
"We forge these chains in life by our acts of greed!" groaned Monobear
"You wear such a chain yourself!" Usami said to Strong Bad.
"Humbug!" exclaimed Strong Bad, not wanting to believe what Ms. Usami just said. "Speak comfort to me, guys!"
"Comfort?" laughed Monobear in disbelief. Usami laughed along with him.
"Woo-hoo! You will be haunted by three spirits!" explained Usami.
"Haunted? I've already had enough of that!' protested Strong Bad in horror.
As the chains continued pulling the two ghosts back towards the exit, Monobear  added, "Without these visits, you cannot hope to avoid the path we tread!"
"Expect the first ghost tonight when the bell tolls one!" yelled Usami.
"Can't I make them all once and get it over with?" yelled Strong Bad.
"When the bell tolls one!" Monobear yelled.
As they and their chains make their exit as they head down, they concluded their singing.

Monobear & Usami: We're Monobear and Usami, ooh
We're Monobear and Usami, ooh
We're Monobear and Usami, ooh
Change!

As the two disappeared into the darkness, the fire in the fireplace returned, Strong Bad rubbed his skull in confusion. Could this be in his imagination or could this be really happening this very night?
